Hande Özge Canlıer prioritizes functionality and user experience through her user-oriented product design approach. She has developed a strong sensitivity to sustainability and innovative design strategies, focusing on the efficient use of materials by considering aesthetics, ergonomics, and functionality as an integrated whole. Actively involved in every stage of the design process, she combines a strong aesthetic perspective with technical knowledge of production methods, aiming to create sustainable products that enhance users’ daily lives while minimizing waste through environmentally conscious practices.

She designed Sea Urchin, an acoustic lighting product developed as part of the Feltouch Design Team. Sea Urchin inspired by the organic form of sea urchins, It is an acoustic lighting product made from Feltouch’s felt containing 50% recycled PET, combining sustainability with effective sound absorption and a sculptural presence in interior spaces.
